It may seem that I took the fast way and gave you a 10 (Excellent) for all questions but, believe me, I read each one and they were indeed a 10. You guys are not a 5-Star Company, you are a "million stars" Company. You have given new meaning to the words “above and beyond”. We are new to the area; didn't know where any stores were; have an illness in the family so we couldn't drive anywhere, and my brand new laptop had been damaged beyond repair. We needed a new laptop ASAP to get back on-line and you found me one; picked it up at the store; delivered it; backup up my data from the old computer and put it on the new one; installed the printer; and called the network technician at my university to get incoming and outgoing server information for my email. Everything was set up correctly. Service like yours is phenomenal. This was truly a wonderful experience for new residents like us. The fact you can work remotely if I have PC problems saves costs, but I would not have anyone else work for us at 1/2 the price. My new laptop is so much better than before, I am almost glad my old laptop was damaged. None better in the entire state. They are the best and really have very good rates for their top-notch service.  You get what you pay for and in all my experiences with Pro Geeks, their service has been exceptional and there has been nothing they can't do.  Kudos to both Scott's.
